Cruel awakening

I had quite a wake up call this morning... A kip 9! 
I've had those before, of course I have, but never as the first thing in the morning. Not a great experience I can tell you that. 
Huh... I'm better now, down to kip 3. Luckily my flatmates had to wake up really early... otherwise all that banging against the wall would have given them a rude awakening!

Sorry about the cruel awakening...waking up to a high level cluster is the worst thing ever...For me, not much works at that point, except maybe 02.

Actually, when we move back to Finland, which we will do eventually, I really would like to have a comprehensive list of the medical terminology used there for CH. I'm sure you can relate, Frank, having lived in a non-English speaking, non-Indo-European environment. It can be quite a challenge.

It must be going around.I've been dealing with shadows for a week or so,then at 3:00am this morning I woke up with a killer.02 didn't give me much relief,so I just rode it out.Had to work and haven't been to sleep since the deamon struck.Still feel like I've got a deep bruise inside my head.Hope tonight is better for you and everybody else.PF days and nights to all.
