Friend needs your hugs and support

A friend of ours... Night_Zombie, otherwise known as Kirsten from Dublin has had a few bad days. And she needs strength and hugs to get through the next few.
Strength for her doctor appt and hugs for her loss.

THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH 
and thanks to cheryl for asking you all to support me, it has been a great comfort to me, and helped me to stay strong for my Daughter as someone very, very close to her took his own life on valantines day,he was very much a part of our familly.
I also had to go and see my Nuro who LOVES meds and wont listen to anyone so I was feeling like, well you know!!! and you all helped me to be strong and get some real help.
Its also been so hard the last few mths no rest at all with h/a and nasty shadows, this week I was so very low, and still low but at least I know you are all sending vibes and hugs it helps so much  thanks again Kirsten
