Was listening to alot of Chevelle and Helmet, getting geared up for last nights concert. Just got done listening to the debut from Strata. A friend got it for me at the concert last night and it is a good disc. They were very good live, but Chevelle stole the show! Also been listening to: Jet - Get Born (currently playing) Portishead - Dummy Daft Punk - Homework Army of Lovers - Massive Luxury Overdose The Chemical Brothers - Exit Planet Dust Kasabian - 1st My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult - Confessions of a Knife Alanis Morissette - So Called Chaos Ani DiFranco - Living In Clip and like Hirvimaki, I've been listening to alot of cowbell lately too CD

This is a good one too. "Figured You Out" I like your pants around your feet And I like the dirt that's on your knees And I like the way you still say please While you're looking up at me You're like my favourite damn disease And I love the places that we go And I love the people that you know And I love the way you can't say no Too many long lines in a row I love the powder on your nose And now I know who you are It wasn't that hard, just to figure you out (Now I did, you wonder why) And now I know who you are It wasn't that hard, just to figure you out (Now I did, you wonder why) I like the freckles on your chest And I like the way you like me best And I like the way you're not impressed While you put me to the test I like the white stains on your dress And I love the way you pass the check And I love the good times that you wreck And I love your lack of self-respect While you passed out on the deck I love my hands around your neck I like your pants around your feet And I like the dirt that's on your knees And I like the way you still say please While you're looking up at me You're like my favourite damn disease

Big Bad Voodoo Daddy Indigo Swing Working on Scott Joplin's, "Peacherine Rag" on piano, and Louis Prima's, "Just A Gigolo." (Updated and restored to popularity by David Lee Roth in the 80's) and a couple of my own evolving compositions. (Sort of a fusion between Big Band/Swing and Ragtime)

Phil, my twin bro, thank you for the song, it's absolutely great as the ones you post usually are. I am incredibly sad tonight also so it's the kind of song I wanna hear. I am very sorry to hear about your break up, my brother. John
