I am on DAY 14 OF NO CLUSTERS!!! 
I am like, in freaking shock or something. Been making the most of it right now. Going out, seeing people I haven't seen in years, running into old friends. Walking for miles at a time with my trusty walkman. Started working out again (and wondered if maybe that would awaken the beast but so far so good. ) Last weekend I traded services with my old guitarist. I recorded a drum track for him on one of his songs, and in turn he let me use a piece of gear that is essential to get started on the next Former disc. Working out some material that is a bit more aggressive than my previous music.
Last night was great too. My friend John Mark and I went to a KILLER show with "Chevelle" "Helmet" "Strata" and "Crossfade."
Strata started the night with a Pearl Jam meets metal sound. They were tight and impressive. John Mark got me a copy of their CD afterwards, as they were outside the venues selling them for 5 bucks each. Hopefully this band will catch on very quick with listeners and won't have to rely on merchandising to eat for the night. (Just cuz they have an album out don't mean they aren't paying the dues. )
Crossfade - I was very disappointed. I was looking forward to seeing them but they were - blah. NEXT!
Helmet - You can never go wrong Helmet. They slammed!
and of course, Chevelle was way better than I could have hoped for. Not many bands actually sound BETTER live than on disc, and Chevelle is one of those bands! Not only are they a tight 3 piece band, they are brothers as well.
It was omega-cool that I got to enjoy a kick ass concert without any shadows or dancing with the beast. Now I can't wait to get back onstage with my own band.

I am just thankful to have this CH free time, and am glad I have good news to share with you guys instead the usual. I am even more thankful for you guys and gals that have been here for me all these years. I love y'all more than words can say.
It's amazing how much chronic pain can change a person. It is also amazing the transformation that can take place once the pain is removed. Everybody who sees me even says I look better than I have in a long time.

I feel alot better. The CH has been gone for 14 (knocking on wooden head in hopes this continues.) I still have the ache in the back of my head that never goes away, stiff neck, and though my leg still hurts like hell, I can walk normal. I go yet again for a full leg x-ray this week to see if they can get to the bottom of this.
The pain I have been going through with Fibromyalgia has been a hell all its own. However, I have been getting ALOT of sleep lately, and a friend of mine with Fibro said that with all of the sleep my body is rejuvenationg and for a s long as it continues, I will get better by the day. I already feel 100 X's better than I did. And that is saying alot.
