For those who grew up without computer games, what board games did you like to play ?

I think the game of "Life" was one of my favorites. "Clue" was an awsome game too. Do people even play board games anymore ?

Scrabble all the time and Monopoly. I played 700,000 games of Chinese Checkers and regular checkers with my Grandmother.

When I was 11 I used to sit for hours and play Scrabble with my grandmother. We got to use curse words too. Must be where I picked up my widely varied sailors vocabulary.  Wink

Monopoly could suck sometimes.  Spend three turns in jail then get paroled to make it through the high rent district and get hit with a damn luxury tax on top of it.  Shit, it could have been a Ouji board for all the hints it was giving me.  I was just hoping to park cars at Free Parking anyway.
