Day 3 after 1st treatment of shroom therapy.
No attacks in 36 hours, and even got decent sleep last night. I am amped out and excited!
Only reason I have been hesitating this post is...I don't want to jinx myself. I'm going into the 7th year of being chronic and all I can think about is... how nice it would be to be free of the beast and have a 'normal' life again.
Well, guess I better not hope for a 'normal' life too hard, since I am so far from normal anyway. 
Round two is Wednesday, and I borrowed a copy of The Wizard of Oz for the "Dark Side of Oz" experience.

Try the wizard of oz with no sound. Instead play Dark Side of the Moon... On the 3rd roar of the MGM lion, hit play on your CD player and get ready for some weird stuff

You tried this before, right? Just curious, did it stop working, did you run out of supplies or am I just wrong?

Did this back in '01 and went from 5-10 attacks a day down to 1 or 2 a week. That lasted a few months, and then I ran out of resources and a couple of failed harvesting attempts ( the mold - oh the horror!)
Yep Rex, gonna listen to the Dark Side of the Moon at the same time but have been told to wait until after the second roar or the mgm lion, and also been told to wait until the witch laughs to start the disc.
Which is the correct way to do it?

Speaking purely from my own experiences so far... I got relief from 3 years of chronic hell, about 6 months worth, before the beast reared his ugly head again. I haven't been successful is beating him down again yet, but I am hopeful that I will eventually find the right material to make it happen again someday. I hope the best for you, and I hope it lasts longer than my respite did. I have fond memories of that 6 months of PF time.... oh my god did I enjoy that...
