I'm not real knowledgeable in this area and prolly not of much help but have had alot of friends go thru messy devorses...even my parents. But if ya can KEEP YER COOL dear......try hard to be calm and quiet and think before ya say anything or do anything or get a lawyers advice first if ya can....and log stuff with dates in detail. You'd be supprised what people will do to PUSH you to yer limits and then 'use' yer reaction against you sayin yer not compitent to have the kid or anything....or make you look that way but pushin ya too far. Don't blow up in fronta cops or judges or whomever.....easy for me to say rite. Don't the mom's usually get the custody deals unless proven unfit or gone too much with work ect ?? Good luck thru all this.....sounds like you are better off without this JERK of all trades ! But it'll be hard fer while. Also....isn't there a time frame when people split up to have time ta find a new place and stuff moved ? My parents stayed at the same place a while but my dad had to find a new place within so much time....it was a big mess cuz they didn't get along. Hang tough !!!
