How do I post a picture???

I know this has been asked and explained a thousand times,but how do I post a picture on this site?I got as far as shutter fly,posted a picture then hit a dead end.Can not figure how to get it to this site.Please help.  David

Your picture has to exist somewhere and not just in your email. One of the photo service sites works well. I use some puter space that I have for my ebay pictures. From there, I have the url and drop it in the "insert image" icon above.
I still marvel that I can do it but if I can, you can, that's for sure.
