Something sort of cool....

VH1 aired the preimier eppisode of the New Partridge Family show tonight. It just ended and we watched it with great enthusiasm.
Why you might ask? Why so much hubb-ubb about this hokey show? Easy! Spencer Tuskowski, the young boy who has the roll of Danny Partridge, goes to the same school and is a friend of my children. He and my son both were in the school play together last year, and my daughter and he are both on the student council together.
Different sort of show...but the kids were really happy to watch their friend doing something like this. I wouldn't doubt that every student and teacher from Ben Franklin Jr. high had their sets tuned to VH1.
Sorta cool....

It's always nice to see something when someone you know is in it... 
That's why I went to see one Finnish film last year, my cousin was extra in it. I saw her clearly in 6 scenes! And I'm going to see another Finnish film next week with a friend whose pal is in it.

Redd, that's cool! Ben Franklin is where I went to Jr. High too.
It's neat when people "from home" breakout in tv or movies.
