But totally wiped out, exhausted, want a big mug of the strongest coffee there is and huge glass of ice water, but usually too beat up to go get them.

Funny you should ask that. This was something I talked to Drummer about. I told him about this numb tingly feeling that would start in my chest and spread to my face and arms, and was like a heavy blanket. It is a very strange feeling. I get that alot after a kip7-10. He told me that it was the body going into shock from being exposed to that much pain. It will start mid way through a CH attack and linger for awhile afterwards. Afterwards I am wiped out pretty much.

Well, I took 6mg of melatonin and 25mg of dyphenhyramine last night and I slept!! I did not have a "rendez-vous" with the beast!!. That is really good for me.
I did wake up a few times, though, and had a couple of weird dreams. But no CH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
