feeling sad...

I have to let this all out or I'm going to explode! Here we go again... I'm having one of those grey, grey days in which everything seems too much. I'm sure you know what I mean. I just feel so empty, tired and lost right now. I'm getting very well at hiding my feelings; even my mum can't read me anymore... And they say that the uni years are the best in one's life! My CH makes me antisocial, which doesn't help. But now I just keep on wondering what am I doing in here? Why I keep on putting myself through cruelling schedules? I mean, I should know by now that I need to take things easier... The hardest thing to admit is that I'm having my doubts about becoming a journalist. I'm doing my summerjob applications and I have no motivation left whatsoever. I have my BA degree, people work as journalists with less. And I feel like I should just quit uni and do something else. Or study something which actually matters, like nutrition. Ok, perhaps I should stop crying and start listening some pick-your-self-up tape. Or go to sleep. World may look brighter tomorrow... Thanks for listening. Peace & PFdays to all, sandie99

Hang in there... All I can say is that it does get better. Maintain your focus and keep fighting the good fight. This won't kill you and it WILL pass. Hang tough. (and welcome back!) -Frank

Take a little and regain your focus. It is easy to get bogged down and not see where you are heading. Clear your thoughts and put all the troubles aside. You dont have to have everything figured out every second of everyday. It will get better. -Tia

The only good thing that can be said about grey days is that they make you appreciate sunny days all the more. You CAN do it Sandie, we all know you can and I hope you do too. Its tough but look at all you have accomplished.. and the pressure you have coped with. You can do anything lady!!

Sandie So sorry for your bad time, but . . . .maybe a"blessing in disguise"? Journalism is writing for the masses is it not? Everything I've ever read or heard about writing always includes, "write what you know about!" . . . . because when you've actually experienced . . . whatever . . . your words will ring true to the reader. So . . . . . start drafting a column - - "Living with Clusters", or "The Other Side of My Face" - - Hell, you might get syndicated and help us all . . . . how many other Finlanders suffer and don't know why/what? Just a thought, PFDAN.s Richard

C'mon cheer up - put your right hand on your right butt cheek and your left hand on the left one - now yank up (no, not a wedgie silly ) and give yourself a lift up. It's that time of year I'm afraid, but it will pass. Don't give up on your dreams! Look at all the things you already have. You'll get over this bump too. Hugs coming your way Carol

Things tend to get better. Remember that and I like the idea of writing some stuff about living with this horror or other things you know. Be nice to yourself and eat some really dangerous food for a day or two. Charlie
