Nani, didn't I read one of your posts where you said you had been diagnosed with CPH? Have you tried indomethacin? I've heard it's got almost 100% effectiveness in controlling CPH.

I tried Indo to rule out CPH...within 4 days we knew it wasn't. I did get 3 full PF days first, though...then the rebounds came and bit me in the ass. Wendy's tried it, too. We were both (at seperate times) hoping we had CPH and Episodic CH. No such (?)luck...

if you got 3 immediate pain free days by introducing indo, I'd say chances are pretty good that it is CPH. It could be the other meds you're on that are interfering with it working. Sure sounds like it's worth considering a taper off everything else and letting indo do its work alone.
