It is really simple,
Your pic cannot be on your computer, it has to be on the net.
Above your post you see two lines of buttons,
Second row, the 4th pic, is the one you need
Paste the image location in between [img]your pic[img]

Medic if your pics aren't already on the web, ie on a website or homepage somewhere then under the list of message boards there is one called technical stuff and there is a post there about how to post pictures which is idiot-proof. I managed to follow it so that speaks for itself!! I can't possibly improve on the info there so I'll point you at that instead of spouting more drivel!
