How do we do it? 
How do we run our daily lives,running kids to school, working full time jobs, stocking and cleaning the home.
Pressures from work, bills,and family take enough of a toll on the human body,
Now lets make it interesting, Lets do it without the most important thing a body needs to stay fresh."SLEEP"
Do we all fear even taking a nap, thinking it will only bring on pain,somtimes little,somtimes killer?
How do we make nonbelievers ,believe without hitting them in the head with a baseball bat and asking them how do they feel.?
" Sometimes I believe the clock is our worst enemy"
It tells us we have go to bed, and cross our trembling fingers.

It's hard as hell and we all have our own ways to cope.
Kids, wives, families, etc........
Makes us do it!
It hurts like hell my friend we all know this.
"We" who have the demon and those who watch us with the demon.......
I hate it more than anything or anyone! Period.
I hate the fact that those who love me have seen me in pain and suffer in their own way.
That is something that I can't stop.
That sucks!
How do we do it?
I focus on those people when I feel like this......

I accept looking like this several times a day, every day, because the alternative would be to not be there for the family who loves me and needs me.
I've told y'all I gave my grand daughter a mask to play with so she wouldn't be afraid of me wearing mine during a hit. The other day I was getting hit and Sahara came to me with her mask and demanded I put it on her and then she crawled up in my lap. She just sat there and patted my hand for a few minutes all quiet and still - something she hardly ever is. Just taking care of pawpaw.
Sahara is one of the reasons I keep doing it.
