Never know where you'll find a Clusterhead.....

The other day, my assistant's mother called the office. As luck would have it Pete was not in and so she just talked to me. While we were talking she mentioned her granddaughter had been diagnosed with CH. Yesterday Pete called her neice and I talked to her for a long time. She's been "lurking" on this site and said she's learned more about CH than she ever wanted to know, but still had questions. She's out of cycle right now, but hanging around to see what she can learn before her next one. The weird part -- her father has migraines and was visiting his doc and telling him about Nikki, when the doc asked, "Does she have hazel eyes?" That one I cracked up on. Back to the drawing board on educating docs..... the sad part is she's a working mom with 4 kids and a husband who doesn't have a clue what to do. I told her to get him on the board and get in touch with Margi, but .... we'll see. Pete and both told her that I'm on call 24/7 and she has my home number and I think Pete gave her the one in Shreveport just in case. Anyhow, I thought that was a little close to home for comfort. East Texas is getting more and more CHers diagnosed. My neuro is treating about 35 now (most I've sent to him). HOpe ya'll are PF tonight. I'm getting hit and want to kill something. There's two cats mating outside and I'm about ready to get the shotgun. Geezzz they're loud. Hugs BD

I stared at a lot of eyes in Nashville. I was curious as well, since I read those same characteristics years ago, and... I have hazel eyes. There were a bunch of hazel eyes in attendance, as well as red bloodshot ones.

We did a survey years ago and --- one question -- where were all you hazel eyes then. We came up with nothing on it. Mine are green. I think Drummer was the only one who fit the "total" mold according to doctors. Hugs BD

I don't think my eyes have ever looked the same color two days in a row. Mostly greenish. Sometimes almost blue/gray. Sometimes brownish. They always have specks of other colors in them. Kind of like overspray when got their color treatment in the morning.

Pale gray, sometimes blue, sometimes green. Sometimes glowing red like hot coals. Depends on my mood. I haven't seen HER complain of cluster headaches, but then, she's not much of a conversationalist:
