Still on 60 mg. of Pred. and having them at noon and midnight basically. At midnight the wife is able to give me half a shot using the imitrex trick. At noon I give myself the other shot. However, tonight I also got one while we were out at dinner around 6 p.m. We'll see if I get another one around midnight. I am on week 10 of what I think is a 16 week cycle. Hoping to try o2 tomorrow. Scott

Hope it works Scott, the 02 should help. 02 is saving me now, only 2 maxalt left, saving them. The 02 is holding most of them off. Random from 6 pm till bed then exactly at 11:30, 12:30, and 1:30. Helluva way to set my watch

That sucks, Scott. Hopefully you get some relief soon. Last cycle, I would get hit at exactly 12:32 a.m. I would sit up in bed, holding my eye and glance at the clock. Right on the dot, every #$% time. Hang in there. -Frank

Herre is another imatres tip... get the pills and take one at 11:30 am and 11;30 pm if you are sure that you have a pattern to the cycle. It will lessen the severity or maybe hold it back... Dave thinks he invented this tip but I have seen and heard others do the same thing... He would take an imatrex pill or a zomig before bedtime... so by the time he got hit it didnt hit as hard and occasionally he didnt get hit... If you notice more hits are happening you could be at the "peak" of your cycle and some believe that the cycle has to take its course with or without meds. Some believe if you break the pattern you are on your way down the cycle... I think I'm becoming some kind of an expert in the art of Headache management........... it kind of sucks... Feel better and much love to you Ree
