before I get started must warn I am having one right now but don't want to forget to post this so sorry if doesn't make sense.  I posted about the beast switching sides.  My normal hit side is the right and as a rule get hit at night.  Yesterday got hit on the left 6 times thru the day.  2 k8-9's in the mix.  nothing during the night other than very small ones, enough to annoy and wake me up but not horrible.  get up this morning and started shadowing HARD - got hit about 15 minutes ago - the o2 isn't working.  starting to freak.  what do I do?

light speed PF VIBES for you Karen.

Mine switch sides all the time.
Have you tried ice or a shower to help or a triptan(like imitrex) to abort?

Or maybe get out and get some air... if it's cool out.

Or go for a walk ....

I know it's hard but if you can try NOT to freak it will help. Take some deep breaths then breathe regular and count each breath ...up to ten over and over. Won't make the pain go away. but may help YOU.

Let us know how you're doing....
