A friend of mine brought over a floppy one day and told me to check it out. I inserted it and opened my floppy drive and it was # 7 under Unsolved's list (so THAT'S where it came from...LOL.)
As the list of my files came up and it said "Now Deleting" my jaw fell to the floor and I think I stopped breathing as it slowly deleted everything off of the list. Then it said "Aren't you glad this wasn't real?" and a big smiley face popped up. In fact, I still haven't paid that bastard back for that one.
My fave conventional prank was done on a friend a long time ago. He passed out on us and we decided to mess with him. He was laying on the couch in my room with his hand outstretched straight, palm up. I ran upstairs and grabbed the shaving cream, then poured a generous amount in his hand. We tickled his nose with a feather and he swatted with the other hand. The third time we did it, he took the hand full of shaving cream and went to rub his nose and.... we laughed so hard while he screamed, I never thought about how the shaving cream might burn his eyes.

one time - for my birthday - some friends of mine at work decided to saran wrap my car.......
it was the funniest prank anyone's ever pulled on me.
i highly recommend it!
