Here's a link about an older guy that saved pennies and cashed em in and got famous......he's my mom and step dad's friend. He just called them tonight sayin he's gettin calls for interviews all over the world now cuz of the publicity but is declineing so far. In the article the ones that gave him a trash can full of pennies to get him started was my mom and step dad. But don't let this cute lill story fool ya.....the guy is a millionere which they failed to mention. Penny anty Pam

Sukie inspected every penny. He separated them by year and mint location. He wrapped pennies of the same year and mint into 28,851 rolls.

He documented the contents and date of each roll in a loose-leaf binder that is now 3-inches thick. "He is a bit meticulous," Violet said.

Geeze, it seems everyone has a more exciting life than me.
