I think I ran over a similar one in my Jeep because his fucktard owner let him bark all night and wouldn't put him on a leash or build a fence around his yard, and the muthafucka kept coming over and shitting in my yard, stealing my newspaper, and digging holes in my lawn. I backed over him a few times, just to be sure he was really dead. RIP, Rover. The neighbor's next, if he doesn't stop being a dick. Sincerely, -Grouchy (Yes, I'm kidding, but I hate my neighbor's dogs and my neighbor, for all of the above mentioned reasons)
