First of all to each of you I would like to say thank you for keeping her in your prayers and for all the vibes.
Leesa has made it through surgery just fine. They have removed all of her child bearing organs except for one overy. They found a cist growing again on the left overy as well as it being full of fluids yet again. Everything was sent to the lab for testing to make sure there is noting more to worry about as is standard practice with organs after a removal.
She MIGHT be home tomorrow late afternoon pending how things look when they remove the packing and bandages. It will also pend on how she does when they try to get her up and walking. As much as I want her home I pray they keep her one extra night so that she can rest. SHE DESERVES A NIGHT OF REST AND AWAY FROM THINGS HERE!!!!!
Leesa if and when you read this, I LOVE YOU!!!

Dave, sorry I wasn't home when you called. Thank you so much for calling and letting me know that she was OK! Please give her a hug (gently) and a kiss for me (on the cheek) and tell her that I didn't call last night because I didn't want to take her away from the last minute things she needed to do. I talked to her twice yesterday anyway!
And Dave...you're the best! Take good care of my long lost sister and thanks for all of the support and early morning/late night phone calls that I've made in the last week or so.

I'm so glad things went well! She is going to feel so much better once she recovers from the surgery. Leesa, please do not lift anything over 15 - 20 lbs EVER again. Your bladder will thank you later. Oh and I don't know if the dr mentioned it (pay attention Dave)
You cannot cook ANY meals for 6 months
You cannot operate a vacuum for 1 year
And you mustn't clean a bathroom for a minimum of 3 years.

One more update
She looked much better when I went up to see her tonight. She is still having allot of pain in the left side only. We will talk to the doc tomorrow about that.
The bleeding has stopped so now we are going to see how much it has stopped when they pull the packing out in the morning.
The pain and the bleeding will be the only things that keep her in the hospital at this time. If all goes well she will come home and relax in he new recliner tomorrow. Someone told her that it made things easier to sit in one of those so I did the rent to own thing for her.
Thanks again to everyone.

PS. Well one thing I know, when she gets home I lose the puter again...LOL...I can't wait to get high speed internet so I can get online with her.

Leesa, you know we love you, so take good care of yourself and DO NOT do more that the good ole docs say you should. Take good care of yourself, you'll be thankful you did later.........take it from someone who knows.
OH, and Dave honey................just remember........we'll be here for YOU too when you're gonna need us later..............HEhehehehe............like when the bitchy moods start!!! (yep, they'll come.....been there, done that.......used to have my oldest telling me......."mom, go take another one of them hormone pills, you need it"
