actually, you pretty much have to be a guinea pig, based on your body size, tolerance, strain or variety, batch strength or potency, and other factors.
Make the tea with plenty, but then take just a few sips. wait a few minutes, maybe 10 and see if you want more. You need to learn by trying, I believe.

What Vig said, but do not chug it. Sometimes it can take an hour before you notice... it is completely different than alcohol or the like.
