The folks I saw guarding the Capital on election day were carrying automatic weapons. I DID NOT have the cajones to take their pictures.

I was just curious. I was friends with many of these men in the mid 70's. They were 3rd Honor Guard, I was Presidential Honor Guard. Great post Nam memories.
