Diagnosis: " Chronic Cluster / Triptan Rebound "
Treatment: Histamine Desensitization (21 Bags of Histamine via IV)
 
How much do you think it cost ? ( I just got the entire bill today ~ "Insurance Pending" )

Just a rough estimate........
9th floor Penthouse room @ $4,500/day X 13 days = $58,500.
21 Bags of Histamine via IV @ $2,200 (installed) = $46,200.
Anesthesiologist (just peeked in the door, each day) @ $785/day = $10,165.
Psychologist (everyone knows clusterheads are nuts) 13 visits @450/day = #5,850.
Physical Therapist (to check on tight neck muscles caused by cluster tension, each day) @ $325/day = $4,225.
Miscellaneous expenses.....
toilet paper $385
bed pan(s) $750
tooth brush (1) $475
comb (1) $475
Republican Party anti-terrorist sur-charge $3,500.
 
This does not include city, bourough, county, state or federal taxes. Insurance costs to be determined later (in case of injury, paralysis or death). Also does not include a $12,500 charge for typing Diamond Clinic in this string.
