I quit smoking today!!!! Lets see how nicorette gum works.
And no, if you've had bad experiences with nicorette gum, there is no need for you tell me.
Because if you do I'll get it in my head that it doesn't work, so I'm doomed to fail, so I'll just give up anyway -
and it would be ALL YOUR FAULT.
So, I'm just trying to save you having to bear that burden.

Nicorrete will probably work. Patches work even better I think. But I'm still smoking, so.... 
The only people I see that have successfully quit either used zyban or went cold turkey.

Go cold turkey i quit ones  but same old story ones i got in to a bar (afther 4 months non smoking) I drunk my drink and..... start smoking in a heartbeat.
So... dont drink for a long time
