OUCH Italy cries for a terrible loss.

Piera died after a long battle against a terrible beast. The cancer. Why was she so important for all of us Italian CH sufferers? Because SHE found OUCH USA with Riccardo some years ago, and it was a dream to her found OUCH Italia also. She saved our lives and we are eternaly greate to her. Someone of you have met her, Elaine... Jonny... DJ... Mast... and a lot of you, in Vancouver and Atlanta for OUCH Convention. Please, someone tell Elaine ‘forgive me’. She asked me about her when in Nashville. Piera was in the USA in a Hospital and I didn’t tell Elaine where she was and how she was, because her husband Pier Ugo didn’t want. He has closed himself in his deeply pain and we have respected it. We lost an angel, a true cluster angel... There is no hope for many people in this world, and I have a huge desert in my heart... She will live always inside our hearts... I love you, Piera. Zaira

Very tragic loss. We were very fortunate to meet Pierra and Pierre Ugo in Vancouver. She truly was a beautiful and classy lady. Please pass along our prayers and condolences to the family, Zaira. Thanks for letting us know.

I can't believe that Piera is gone . This doesn't seem real to me at all. I don't know what to say... I have some pictures from the OUCH Vancouver convention that I took of her, she seemed so happy and healthy then... This is so sad.

She is a dear friend, I didn't just like her I loved her. We had some special times and special talks and together we learned a lot and shared a lot. Please tell her husband, she loved him so much. She told me how wonderful he was and just how much she loved him, the last time we talked. I know she would not want any of us to cry for her, but I can't help it.

Even though I never met Piera, I have heard many neat things about her, through Elaine. My sincerest condolences and prayers to Pier Ugo. Elaine just read this on the board. In speaking to Elaine on the phone, it's evident this is a devastating loss to her. So sad, when someone you love and care about passes on. Prayers for brighter days..... Jean

I would like to add this and hope her Husband reads it! Piera also told me how much you loved her, she knew you loved her with all your heart. She said she was worried for you. Please know you two were very lucky not many know that kind of true love. I don't know why something like this happen to her and you. I do know I feel blessed to of had her for a friend! I will be praying and sending all the vibes I can your way in hopes that your pain will be eased by loving memory of her.
