Ever feel that it's too much?

Hi.... Here I am, at university, feeling so stressed out about everything! I have a huge presentation coming up, dissertation topic to be figured out, 10-page essay to do, lots of books to read, to articles to be finished this week- and my topic for one of them, taboos, really has lead nowhere! And, as you can quess, my lately nicely behaving CH is returning for new bout. I know, mine starts always in October, but the last cycle didn't end yet... I'm bit afraid that what will happen... Last spring CH arranged me a Hell while I was doing my dissertation for my BA, so naturally I'm worried what it'll do for the one I'm doing for my MA. Making long story short, as I know all the signs, I am scared that what will happen to my studies if my once-a-day CH turns into 11-a-day one again? Any thoughts on the matter? Best wishes to all & LOTS of PF days!!! sandie99

find your strength, batten down the hatCHes, get all your medicine handy, and be prepared. You can handle it, you've done it before.

Im a university student as well. Its very hard to be a good student and have CH. Best thing to do is to not stress about it (I know it's hard), tell your professors about CH, keep meds with you all the time, and just keep the faith that everything will work out. Prayers and PF vibes heading your way.

Hang in there!! I made it through undergrad and masters with these things and I'm on my way to being married in 1 month with no end to this cycle in sight. Once married I'm going back for my Ph.D. No way I'm going to let CH get in my way (wow I sound like a different person than the man who logged onto this site for the first time back in June ) You can do it!!!! Stay as positive as you can and realize that it's just another thing we have to live with! PM me if ya need to talk privately or need some guidance. Be well my friend Eric
