The Cold War was WWIII and since you can't put the genie back in the bottle, the war on terror is gonna amount to WWIV.
And as far as this election being "over," it ain't happening any time soon. The DNC has allegedly released a 66 page manual that says if Bush wins any state by the margin of error, that state's election results will be protested. I fully expect if Bush wins there will be law suits out the bung and many more weeks/months of election bullsit.
