Gotta break 'the news' to a new girlfriend tonight about my rotten condition and was hoping to grab the info sheet that you can give to friends and co-workers. It was written by some English guy and is about 1 page in length.
Does anyone remember this sheet and can you provide a link?

Thanks for the sentiment! Feeling fairly well covered as I think she piddled a few times already from laughing too hard while off guard. Those gutbusters make for good mileage in the love department I find.
