meet for coffee in west LA

I am new to this site and group, but am wondering if folks ever try to find someone or a group of folks in their area to get together with on an informal basis; meet for coffee or something. I live in Venice, CA and would be very interested in meeting fellow CH sufferers. I go through periods of time when I tend to just keep all things CH to myself and just get by somehow, and other periods, like now, when I do research, search for ifo on the web, try to find new dr's w/ different approaches, etc., and I am starting to think that getting together with fellow clusterhead(s) might be a very good thing. Do folks in this group do such things? Is anyone interested? I wish all a peaceful and PF day.

Melissa--thanks for the tip re Meetings and Gatherings. I'll check it out for sure. I could not open Jonny's web link (well, it opened, but the text was gibberish); and do not understand Jeepgun's comment--but then I've only lived in Venice, CA for 20 years. A fine and PF day to all.

Relax, Reptile. It's just a joke. I was born in Lynnwood and lived in West Covina. One set of grandparents currently lives in Paramount, and the other lives in La Puente. Peace, -Frank

| Cheese and Rice, Frank! How many times do you need to be told to not joke around here. This is serious shit. Now stop, go back to your room, and surf porn. Hey Reptile---alls cool. Frank is typing with one hand again so you won't read any sarcastic comments from him. Seriously, this is a great place. Take time in understanding the players. A lot of good people here, including Frank. Shit--did I write that on web page? Happy Friday! TomM

Someone with a crusty reputation wouldn't say all the nice and insightful things I've seen you come up with Frank.

Oh what a beautiful day. It's Friday, the weather is perfect. My O's have won a few games in a row and I got my last game of the season @ Camden Yards tonight. My wife loves me and I love her. Yes, it is a loverly day indeed! Praise God and pass the ammunition, it's Friday! TomM
