Any know relation between "facial paralysis" and CH?

when i was little I had 4 facial paralysis , one one the left side and 3 on the right (the same i'm hit by CH). At the time doctors didn't explained why... nervous system maybe they said.

I had grand mal seizures when I was real little, and outgrew them around age 3 or 4... No paralysis that I know of, though.

An obvious link would be the trigeminal nerve - something happened to that nerve (or nerves connected to it) to cause the paralysis.  It recovered, but could still have some degree of malfunction that ties in to CH.

There is an increased history of head injuries and jaw injuries among clusterheads compared to the rest of the population.  Those types of injuries seem to increase the risk of CH, but do not explain the disease.  Some people have reported clusters starting right after dental work - not sure if these are just coincidences, or if damage to the nerve system is a straw that breaks the camels back.

On three or four occasions that I can think of, but only when being hit with an instantaneous 10.  My right side of my face will sag, almost a reverse of Bell's Palsy, and stay that way for about an hour after the attack wears off.  My face always sags whenever I get an 8 or better (worse!) but does not usually stay that way.
