Don't have to be an oldtimer to see that Ali is a quack. Laughing at our pain is one thing....attempting to sell this quackery off as a legitimate treatment and laugh his way to the bank is another. He's tried to peddle this to other professionals in the filed and they have laughed him out the door, so he laughs at us.
Talk about dull bulbs. His has been burnt out a LONG time.

Ali claims to have invented some surgical procedure that gives "100%" relieve for migraines.
However, he never could produce a positive peer review of his theories. In fact, in the link he provided himself http://www.hunterdonhealthcare.org/WebMD/Conditions/Migraine_Headaches/S urgery_Treat_Migraines.asp the opinion of the experts is less than flattering.
Ali is more dangerous than the ordinary snake oil vendor, as he not only will take your money but his surgery may actually do some harm.
Anyway, who would trust a surgeon that doesn't know the difference between clusters and migraines. Or could it be that he muddles up on purpose, in order to maximize his earnings? (And I don't blame you if you think that hits the nail on the head  ) You might just as well get a treatment from Dr. Frankenstein or Dr. Eisenbarth. 
In the true manner of a quack and charlatan as he is, he doesn't try to answer any serious questions, but instead he counters skepticism with insults, mocking about the suffering of clusterheads.
Personal Note:
It is obvious that for me Ali Sultaneh is disreputable scumbag. Nevertheless, I don't like how this person is taken as occasion for blatant racism, to slander a whole people, a whole nation, a whole religious group. Would you judge the British by Jack the Ripper? Would Americans like to be compared with John Allen Muhammad and John Lee Malvo, the DC snipers?

Ali is a larcenous quack. They abound wherever pain and suffering are found. They show up all over the place with miracle cures and bizarre procedures that are useless, a waste of time, hard to get to, always "misunderstood," horribly expensive, just plain lunacy, and too often dangerous or deadly. They divert victims away from serious and proven therapy. They can be found on late night infomercials, too many health food stores, and wherever nonsense is sold.
As much as I hate these guys, I'm glad they run into people like Ueli and most of the rest of us. They don't get far here.
