Sorry Liz, wish I could fill that hole in your heart, but I can't. Sad  Take the time to do some self reflecting and do what makes you feel peaceful.  Like me, right now I've got some Enya playing and am thinking of what else it is I need to do for the day.  Plus, I've got 2 books I'm writing, a camera I bought off eBay coming for my love of candid photography, and am reading lots of news (VERY addicted to it right now), lol.

Thinkin of ya hon...

My two oldest are only here to sleep and by the time they get here I am already in bed asleep.  So I can relate somewhat.  It sucks but my hubby keeps telling me it is time to let go and that I can't smother them.  Ya right.  Yes I can. Tongue  Just joking.  It is hard as hell letting go and it hurts.  Especially to see the one messing up so badly. Cry  But I gotta let them make their own mistakes.  I try not to think about it and being in school now full time is keeping me very busy days and nights. I hope and pray that you find some comfort and peace in their absence.

OOhh Liz,

My heart goes out to you hon, it's a place I'll be one day myself. I know it's got to be rough, but know you have us all here for you.

Focus time on yourself now Liz. It's something long overdue, and you certainly deserve it for a job well done.

And don't worry, Teresa will be bringing home dirty laundry before long....... Wink Wink

love you, tight hugs,

Liz, you've done your best. Now take time for you. Before long you'll have grandkids and it will start all over.

Right now my grandsons, 2 and 5 years old, are at my house. Those two go a hundred and ten miles per hour from morning to night. Screaming, fighting, jumping on the furniture, writing on the walls and just plain raising hell.

Right now the 2 year old riding his quad in the street and the other one is hanging up side down from a tree limb. The same tree limb my granddaughter fell from the first time she broke an arm.

But, do I care? Heck no!

I'm at work

and I have chocolate.  Grin

Liz,

Sure, it's tuff being left in the void of silence, after all the years of hoopla in the house. Lonliness is everything it's cracked up to be.
Fortunately, there's still a key to improving your reality. Throw yourself, with reckless abandon, into an invigorating session of good old fashioned cheap sex. Partners are optional. It's free, it feels great, and it really won't make hair grow on your palms. A bar of soap, a little hot water, and you're ready for the next item on your to-do list.

I should know,
RJ
