Drink MILK there is nothing worse than a smoke and milk together. And what my mom did (she's been quit almost 20 years now) was everytime she absolutely had to have a cigarette, she got in the shower, she could never smoke in there so it worked to make sure she wouldn't give in.
*sigh* if you can do it Jacks, so can I, it's time to quit. I've been feelin crappy, I'm stinky, my health is lousy, every doctor I have tells me to quit....it's time to join you quitters!
