Started at age 20, now 31, chronic, although, the last few years have been a little bit better than the first five years.  What ever happened to, "you grow out of them before your thirties."?  That didn't happen.  Undecided

mine started in 1995 when I turned 40. Curiously, that's the exact age my father's started. I have warned my son.

Started just before I turned 28.  I'll be 40 this October.  Roughly 12 years, with the first year being completely misdiagnosed.  I gotta laugh at all the BS I went through back then.   Went from TMJ to sinusitus and all the rest before I found a doc that knew what the hell was going on.

I started out with chronic ch and migraines when I was 32.  In March of this year (38 ) I turned eposodic, for I have been pain free for the last 5 months.

My son when he was 12 developed migraines and at 14 developed eposodic ch.

I remember having these "excruciating headaches" when I was about 12 or 13. I didn't get "visited" again until I was 50. After going through sinus surgery and an MRI, I was finally diagnosed with chronic CH. I'm now 55.
