Got a phone call today at 7 PM. There is a fire at a housing complex I work at.
I shoot over to the site.
Every fire apparatus in the world is there. Trucks, ladders, emergency crews, guys with axes and oxygen tanks all over the place. Police cars, blue lights, red lights. I walk over to the fire chief and ask "Whats the situation".
He says to me with a straight face......................
"Theres been a fire but its out now".
Geeze, good thing I asked!
Ya gotta love Boston.

That is the absolute funniest picture I have ever seen!
Thanks to the O's and all the other teams that have beat up on NY lately. Still a month left, so I'm not saying anything yet. I will say though that it is tough living in Scotland without a television and with a dissertation to finish when the Sox are doing so well. Doesn't matter though, it wouldn't be on TV anyway. Over here they watch something called Cricket, whatever that is...
Man, that was funny.
