Good news for a change! NCH

Went to my Orthopedic Dr. today, and got the ok to return to work on a limited basis to see if I can handle it. Hoping to find something a little lighter as I have virtually no flexibility left in the back, but it is such a relief to get to try again after 8 1/2 months!
BTW, am now drug free totally. Stopped about 5 weeks ago due to a different situation, and went two wks PF! The HAs are back, but much diminished.
