AstraZeneca medicines are available to uninsured and underinsured patients
who qualify through the AstraZeneca Prescription Partnership Programs, a
drug assistance portfolio that includes two programs to ensure patients'
access to the AstraZeneca medicines they need to live longer, healthier
lives. The two programs included in the AstraZeneca Prescription
Partnership Programs are the AstraZeneca Foundation Patient Assistance
Program and the Together Rx(tm) Program.
The AstraZeneca Foundation Patient Assistance Program was created in 1978 to
provide AstraZeneca medications free of charge to low-income patients who do
not have prescription coverage, do not qualify for government-funded
programs, and who do not have the means to pay for the medications
themselves. Patients enroll annually and, if approved for the program,
receive free medication delivered right to their door. For more information

The Together Rx Prescription Savings Program is also offered through the
AstraZeneca Prescription Partnership Programs. AstraZeneca is a founding
member of Together Rx Prescription Savings Program. Through this program,
AstraZeneca medicines are offered to qualified Medicare members at a
variable flat fee rate. For a complete list of products covered in the
