Hey Ree,
 
I don't have any advice for a new doc since I'm not from up that way, but I wanted to say that I'm thinking about both you and Dave.  My neuro moved to Singapore last fall, and I got along soooooo well with him.  It has been a less than overjoyous experience since then with readjustments on many levels!  Best of luck to both of you in finding a new neuro!!!

Dr. Bana received his medical degree from All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, India in 1964. He did his Rotating Internship at Queens General Hospital, New York. Later on, he completed his residency in Internal Medicine at both Lemuel Shattuck and Veterans Administration (VA) Hospitals in Boston Massachusetts. In 1968, Dr. Bana became a Clinical Fellow in Nephrology at VA Hospital and a Teaching Fellow in Medicine at Tufts University School of Medicine, Boston, MA. In 1973, he joined Lemuel Shattuck Hospital as a Consultant in Nephrology.
 
Dr. Bana was a senior attending with the Headache Research Foundation and the John P.  Graham Headache Center from 1973-1995, where he was director of Headache Research. He is presently a senior attending at the Headache and Pain Center at Faulkner Hospital.

Dr. Bana is a Diplomate of The American Board of Internal Medicine, as well as a Diplomate of the American Board of Nephrology. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor at Tufts University School of Medicine. He maintains a private practice in Internal Medicine and Nephrology at the Faulkner Hospital, Boston, MA.
