To tell or not to tell...

that is my question.

I just started the new job, had orientation today. First day of actual work is next wednesday. Do I tell em about my CH now up front?  Or do I wait till later.

I know kinda a stupid question, but, do they really need to know NOW? I wouldn't want it to become an issue when I am full blown in cycle, but I dont want em worryin about my capabilities being limited either...the last job was easy enough, just told em when I found out what CH was had been workin there 8 yrs already. This is a bit different of a situation.

I ain't too smucken fart ... or I don't remember ... are you in cycle now?  If not ... fuckem ... let them see what a good worker you are first ... then work it in to the conversation after you been there a bit ...

If you are in cycle, harder question to answer ... I would still try to hold off telling them for as long as possible, till they see what sort of a worker you are ...

Good luck my fine man tittied friend !!!  And a nice ass you gots, too!

LMFAO!

Yeah, listen to your wife.  She is obviously a smart lady.

BTW, your are NOT required to disclose that you have CH.  I've had it for 12 years and have only just recently told my supervisor because he is a friend.  I left out alot of details because most people just don't understand.

Best Wishes!

Ramon,

I just started a new job 3 months ago and asked the same question. I also got the same answer, don't tell them unless you don't want the job.

BTW: you should talk to your wife more offten she's a smart woman.

Hi Woobie, love you

I pretty much agree. If they are pricks and will fire you for CH, I hope you can say "screw 'em."

You can always give them info after the fact and say that you can't be sure that they will ever repeat themselves and that it doesn't last.

I wouldn't make a big deal out of it until you decide you want to keep the job. Then I would provide some documentation to human resources.
