Hope this finds everyone pain free. It has been about 7 months since my last attack from the BEAST. And been a pretty long time since I have loged on to this site.
No excuse. You guys were great when I needed you.
And understood when nobody else did.

I am back and if anyone needs a sounding board, Here I am. And jeep the one good thing about being painfree is I can indulge in all the BEER I want and go to sleep now with no worries. I pray pain free days for everyone.
