I'm so friggen tired I'm barely able to keep my eyes open. Actually fell asleep on a conference call. The ending beep woke me up. I was out for about a half an hour. Now looking for another place to crash at.
I need sleep!!! Sex? Forget it -- too much work.

I've tried Ambien from time to time. Works fine, if I stay down. I have been known to get up due to CH and wander around in and out of the house. Can't remember a thing the next morning.

I've been taking periactin. Still wake up from the CH but I fall back to sleep faster and it's a deeper sleep.
On some website for periactin it actually states that it is sometimes Rxed fore CH.

It's nt a stupid question at all. Tried in several years ago, no benefit, I should try it again. Maybe I had some type of chemical change and it may work this time.

Not all of us Cathy. My wife and I get all snuggly and have some of our deepest conversations afterwards, but we are a strange couple. In all our years of being married, her mother says we still act like newly weds. I take that as a compliment. She jokingly says it's disgustingly abnormal - by now we should be at the ignoring each other stage. LOL Anyways, it is usually the wife that falls asleep first.
