Attention Convention Attendees!

OUCH Convention Attendees:
There was indeed a provision enacted by OUCH to take into consideration reduced fees for Members who wanted to bring a spouse or guests.
OUCH decided that:
1. Guests may attend the Membership Dinner at $20.00
Receive a T-Shirt for $15.00.
Guests are not entitled to any Membership activities or benefits, including the General Meeting.
2. Couples and guests who intend to participate in all OUCH activities and benefits would each pay the standard $75.00 each.
Because OUCH did not properly place this information on the Convention registration page, we will take full responsibility.
OUCH will reimburse those who paid for a guest that follows the above decision #1.
We want to rectify this situation immediately. OUCH is being completely open and honest with you on our mistake, we may lose money because of it, but feel it is the only honorable thing to do.
We would appreciate the same in return, please only request a refund if you fall into the above mentioned category #1.
If you choose to not ask for a refund and let the extra money you may have paid be left in the Convention budget you will have our deepest gratitude. Should you need your refund, we will understand and still welcome you with open arms.
If you are to request a refund, we will make provisions to reimburse you at the Convention.
If you will be adding any new guests, please inform us as quickly as possible, we need as accurate a head count as we can give for our Hosts to prepare.
We will also post this message to OUCH as well as update the OUCH Convention web page.
Thank you for your patience as we resolve this matter. This Convention will be a success and a very educational as well as entertaining time for all. We look forward to seeing as many of our “family” as possible.

Requests for refunds will be taken as you register at the Convention, no need to send mail or notices at this time.
