More on the pup

I've just realised that I am the proud owner of a Tri-colored Stink Roller. After a brief encounter with a cat litter box that , although protected by a four foot high board fence with obstacles all around it, she has managed access and was able to soak up the most offensive smell imaginable over her entire body. The Tri-Colored stink roller is a fearless little creature, except when white flower pots appear unexpectedly in the front yard. Then, they spaz out, flinging themself thu the air as they try to flee and come to the end of their leashes. They have incredibly strong necks and manage to bring tears to your eyes as you feel their pain. One must always be alert to the fact that they are capable of flying about as high as a chicken, and to protect the creature from harming itself. They make wonderful protective devices, barking and making other undescrible noises deep in their throats, and a kind of talking/moaning noise. These noises occur at anytime, day or night, when leaves move, bugs jump in the grass, frogs smack into your legs in the dark, the moon moves or the alarm clock goes off. You soon learn what some of the different noises mean.....especially when they end with a questioning inflection. I guess I'm rambling because I'm tired. I gave a dog a bath at 4:00 this morning after being jumped on and barked at until I got up to take her outside. While I was puting shoes on, I let her out on the porch where she somehow got into the litter box. But you know what? I wouldn't change a hair on her body. She's who she is and I love her. Especially when we cuddle.

There's something about puppy breath also that is SO wonderful! I suppose your puppy ruined that for today! Love 'em and you'll get it back in return tenfold. Aw...the innocence they LEAD us to believe they have. renee
