Another Fine Day - BLAH! (venting)

Still having leg problems. You know, the usual. Feel like shit, and still having a hard time keeping food down. Limped to my brothers house today for awhile. Still no luck with the neuro yet. I almost forgot that Monday is memorial day, so I'll have to wait until Tuesday to start trying to find a ride to my GP on the 3rd. I used to be able to get a ride through public aid, but as of May 1st, now you have to call this other number, and I have had no luck getting ahold of anyone there. If I miss this appointment, that'll be 2 in a row. They have a rule at his office too: if you miss 3 in a row, he drops you. Pretty insensitive stupid fucking rule, if you ask me. I'm just frustrated right now. It sucks not having a car. I have a helluva time getting around anywhere I have to go, whether it be the Doc, the store, laundromat - anywhere. I basically walk everywhere here in town, and now that my legs are giving me major problems, I don't know what to do.
The beast has been playing hell with me too. I ate dinner over at my brothers house this evening, and of course during dinner, had to bail and give myself a shot. Never fails. Oh well, done whining yet again for now.
Right now I have another insufferable beast I am about to go ballistic on. This damned fly keeps flying right in front of my face and I can't seem to catch the stupid thing, but when I do...it ain't gonna be pretty! I don't think he realizes he is fucking with a clusterhead. Big mistake!

The neuro Brad started goin to years ago had a strict policy on missin appointments....you still got charged unless you cancel'd way in advance cuz there were people waiting for months. Were really happy with the internalist doc we got now and he's really into helpin Brad with his ch and what works. Sorry yer havein all them problems dude......dam.......sounds like menapause but shit.....yer a guy. I get that burning shit and all that jazz in my back and legs and arms and neck and........well.........anyhow........it's fucked up disc's. So........am sure xrays mite be in order for you and an MRI or two. Bored in a bad mood on a Friday nite Pam

Sounds like one appointment you should try to keep. In our town, the city provides transportation for any senior that needs to go shopping or to a doc appointment within five miles. They will go farther usually for doc appointments. If that is happening in your town, call city hall or something to find out and see if you can hitch a ride. Get checked and don't submit to pain which can be diagnosed. You present a look-into-it-problem. That appetite loss is concerning. Try to get there. OK. Bus, whatever. I know how you've been feeling but this is important.

You catch EVERY goof up dontcha there jonny. I thought maybe for those incapable of getting to a doc appointment, they may have a small fee for transportation as a city service. Get mobile someway. My ex-girlfriend does free legal work for those who can't navigate the hurdles for those with no supporters. There may be services for whatever reason one is unable to get to their needs. The county may have something like that too as one of their services.
Meant do the doc thing somehow. Sorry to seem to imply you get your discount at Denny's

Totally. They hurt, burn, ache, cramp. My right leg feels like it has a constant charley horse in the calf, and the joints feel weird, like thier loose or disconnected or something. Real rickety and wobbly. Walking to and fro my brothers house today was a bitch and hurt terrible.
I think I may have found a ride to the Doc thursday - at least I hope. My buddy Shy is gonna let me know Tuesday.
Oh, and that fly? He met his fate at the back of a telephone book. LOL.

Welp could be back related with nerves that feed your legs sensations in every way.....nerves that run out of your spine can get pinched off that feed all those areas. Or maybe even arthritis goin on too. I really think you need to find out WTF is goin on........who knows mite be somethin simple like wearin looser underwear I dunno (har-har).......but to go on this way is not smart. Yep, was tested for blood sugar. It came back okay.
I almost went to the ER tonight. I was real dizzy today, so I laid down for awhile. By the time I woke up, my buddy Fred was at the door, and again I could barely walk. I was limping bad, and everytime I step down on my right leg, a very sharp pain shoots up it. It feels like it has a constant charley horse in the calf, and hurts bad. If I am still like this in the morning, I am going to the hospital. I'm pouring sweat from being in pain. Just biting my lip and trying to deal with it for now.
Was supposed to go to Mike's studio again today, but didn't make it. I may to give up on the band for now until this shit gets resolved, if it ever does. This just sucks! I think the Tramadol is becoming ineffective for the pain, but for now that's all they'll give me.
