After constituting a quorum by vote, Dave Emond was issued in as OUCH Vice President, and has now assumed position of OUCH President due to a recent vacancy.

I did my little "speech" over on the OUCH site so won't bore you here with it again 
I'll tell ya this much from just this short time period ... all previous OUCH Prez's are hero's in my book!
WHEW! There's sooooo ... much to try to stay on top of and learn as you go as well!
Fortunately, we have a fantastic Board in place, with 3 more to come who are working their butts off to help make this all a smooth transition. Business is getting done and we'll be moving most all Board discussion out into the Public Forum in the next couple weeks after we've got everyone in place that'll be joining the Board.
We're looking to be there for the membership at all times ... oops ... no speeches Dave ... just a hearty thanks to all of you for your support!
