| That's weird. On my screen all the buttons are on the left. Just kidding Melissa. Welcome to the board. Sorry you had a reason to come looking though. And sorry you're starting a new cycle. About the vision, I've never experienced it but it wouldn't surprise me that it happens.

No, but it wouldn't suprise me. My eye usually starts twitching more, and I a weird tingling in my foot and brain at the same time before a cycle. Also, I need less sleep and have more energy. I usually start taking magnesium before my cycles normal summer start. When I get the twitching, tingling, or insomnia, I take 5htp in the day and melatonin at night.

Welcome aboard our little ship of the damned. Glad you found us though and you will find some good ideas and ways to deal with this horror. Other than a runny eye for a few minutes, I didn't have vision problems. Probably just an unpleasant variation though. Let us know how you are doing. Charlie

Hi Mel, Welcome to ch.com and danm the reason you're here. I get no warning prior to a cycle, just the shadow prior to the beast attack. Best of luck. Kip

I have been in the eye drs chair while getting hit. My vision sucks and is uncorrectable while getting hit. It is 20/20 when not getting hit. My eye dr had me come in once every 2 weeks for a few months to monitor the situation. It was the craziest thing he said he ever saw. lol.
