hrmmm cant see the base (or top) of it whichever the case, high quality stainless steel (or so it appears) and the post is about 8-10 inches in diameter.......hrmmmmm ITS A SUPPORT FOR MULE GENETALIA! or not.
I'll guess again when I see more of it or at least a little more info on it.
