Quality of Life Impact Survey

I realize that some of you rarely visit the Medications and Treatment pages here but if you get a chance...please check out the information regarding the QoL survey (and the psilocybin survey) thread.

I have sent emails to several hundred people but some addresses I had have come back as undeliverable. Also, if you had signed onto Cat's list, and since I don't have that list due to Cat's health, please consider this as your invitation to participate.

Thank you

Pink -

I would love to help you but I dont think I can as
  • I have not been afflicted with these for over a year now and can not say for certain if they just stop of of the blue and I am told that I am episodic
  • I am still waiting to see a neuro as I was screwed around for so long and now that my referal is finally approved I can not get into see one until July

If you think I should still take it now, please let me know.

Tia,
Thank you. You can certainly take part in Part One of this survey. You can skip over anything that doesn't seem to apply but I'm sure you remember well what you go through during a cycle and how clusters effect your life and the lives of those around you.
Its not just for chronics, or episodics or people currently in cycle.

thanks again

I made most of the questions MANDATORY to answer, so if they don't apply to you, just put a N/A in there, or if it's a number answer, just put Zero.

Thanks all for filling these out!!
