YUK! Summer is coming

I am soooooooooooo not looking forward to summer...I have been depressed for about 2 weeks now because I know summer is just around the corner, and my cycle is going to start again....need some vibes please...I've been going through this for 28 years, but it never gets easier!

Know what you mean, Aprilbee.
My eye started twitching a few days ago, which (in may and june) usually means clusters in July and August. I started taking my magnesium religiously and have upped my B vitamins - maybe it will help, maybe not. Also plan on taking melatonin in the evenings soon - atleast on weekends when I can sleep late.

Sorry to hear about that. I know what you mean. This year was the FIRST time I actually started my cycle at the end of Feb. For me all cycles started in June or July.
Well....at least it is nice outside (New England).

Me neither. Constantly mowing grass, trimming shrubs, mulching beds, defoliating acreage........gimme winter and a controlled environment any day.

Ooooooooo Aprilbee, I certainly know where you're coming from. I start to worry about summer in March during an "expected" year with the beast. And that wait can sometimes go on for months.....my last cycle didn't end til November.
But, one things for sure, know we're for you.
Use us when you need and we're sure hoping this summer is a skip year for you by some miracle.
